Earth Day/Fort York Community Gardeners pitched in to weed the Fort’s Historic Kitchen Garden and got a beautiful lunch in return (english turnip soup with rolls, poached eggs over braised sorrel, three different types of pound cake and a caraway cake). Thank you to Eva, Bridget and all the Fort York Historic Kitchen cooks!
